Phone call and text Notifications

I do not get text or phone notifications on my Sense.  It will tell me when I get emails but no text or calls.  I have tried everything known: remove app reinstall, completely change settings from one side to the other, allow everything.

I am having this same issue. It was the same with the versa and I returned it. Getting text messages should be basic with any smart watch and fit bit fails here with their newest watches. I don’t understand why this cannot be fixed. Can someone please help? None of the other solutions are working! C’mon man

I had this problem with my charge 3, and it is happening with my sense. I got it to work for a short time,  now it stopped.  Won't vibrate for the test call now either. Hopefully it is an easy fix because for the price it shoul!

Your bluetooth is on? 

Restart your phone? Restart your Fitbit?

So all the Fitbit settings on and I changed these and it now works iPhone 11Pro.

Day one of setting up to receive notifications it worked, nothing since then. I can manage to find them but no alerts. Frustrating!
