Phone calls get disconnected while wearing Sense

Is anyone else experiencing issues with calls being disconnected on your cell while wearing fitbit sense? I purchased the sense about a week ago, and have been having issues since, where iPhone (7plus) disconnects. Specifically, when I first answer, I can't hear the person on the other end for about 15 seconds (but they can hear me).  Then, it works normally for a period of time, but then it goes silent again (though we are still connected), and then disconnects about 20 seconds later. I've since turned off Sense controls to see if it helps.  Anyone else?

Welcome to the Community Forums, @doubletake.

Thanks for the information provided, as well for the steps tried prior to posting. This is odd and just to confirm, as the phone calls shouldn't get disconnected. To work on this together, I'd recommend trying the following steps to see how it goes:

  1. Remove the Sense and Sense Controls from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Setup your notifications and the on-wrist phone calls.
  6. Try receiving a phone call and keep me posted with the outcome.
