Pin number

I set up a PIN number for my sense and now I cannot remember it does anyone know how I can unlock it without going on my phone all the time many thanks lynda

Are you sure you can't figure out your pin? You didn't just use the same pin for a debit card or pin for your phone?

If you aren't able to, then I think you're going to have to factory reset with this method:

1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
   1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
   2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.
