Poor Customer communication

My Fitbit stopped syncing, raised with customer services twice to be told they were referring to a more senior team then nothing, no one bit of contact, no even to confirm my issue is being looked at. Reply on my watch to track my training and weirdly to tell the time. Anyone else suffered with poor comms and how did you put a firework up their butt?

Yes. Had issues with Sense so was advised to factory reset. Now Sense won’t add credit card. Contacted support and the same thing it needed to go to a higher team to sort out and still nothing!  Very poor service.
