Positive Customer Experience feedback

I chatted with Luis on 5/13/22 at around 9:20pm and I wanted to give good feedback but when I closed the app the survey didn't pop up 😢. Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me as I'm bad with technology and gave me some good tips with my FitBit device. I'm just sad I couldn't give feedback, hope others are able to and that the workers are getting rewarded for their good service. Thank you FitBit team.

I think you may have posted this in the wrong place, though the comment is appreciated. This forum is generally reserved for those having issues with their device.
