Fitbit sense advised an update was available earlier today. So I let it start the update and just left it. Advised could be more than 20 minutes. Two hours later I came back. Screen was black so I assumed it was restarting. I waited and nothing so tried to turn it on. Again nothing!
I knew it was ok charge wise as it was on 57% when the updated started but out it on charge again anyway.
.ore 4 hours later I came back, pressed the on button, slight vibration but still a black screen. Nothing showing on my phone, connection wise. HELP!! Only a few months old.

Hi @thejedi05 - there seem to be quite a few reports of this in the forums after the update. Probably the update failed and the watch is no longer usable..
