Pre-order unable to post to Po Boxes?

Hey from Australia 🙂

I live in a fairly remote area, so we use a post box in the closest town to get mail, as they don't deliver to our home address/area. However, while trying to pre-order the Sense, I noticed it mentions the following:

"Street Address 1 (Not a P.O. Box/Parcel Locker or Locked Bag)"

So, looks like I'm out of luck? Is there a way to get Fitbit to do delivery to a Po Box?

Thanks.

@ThatTonybo Thank you for getting back.

I appreciate that you mentioned it's not possible to ship it to a physical address. In this case, you may want to choose Free Shipping in order to ship your Fitbit tracker to a PO Box as described on the store.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi @ThatTonybo  I've notified a moderator about your post and they should be by to assist. Remote is something I used to have myself. Mail wasn't always delivered and often it was stolen, so we got a post office box. Hope this can be resolved.

@ThatTonybo A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. I appreciate the detailed information shared. In this case, we recommend to ship it to a physical address if it's possible. Learn more about it by checking this article: About Fitbit purchases and shipping.

Thank you 🙂

It's sadly not an option to ship to a physical address with any orders here, as there's absolutely no mail/delivery coverage here. Most GPSes don't even know the address if you try find it. Based on the link you sent though, a PO box is accepted if free shipping is selected?

"Choose free shipping if you want to ship a Fitbit tracker or watch to a PO Box or US military address."
