Pulse arrival time not syncing

PAT now not syncing after working fine for 2 weeks.

I'm not aware of the Sense, or any Fitbit model, showing PAT, unless you are in a beta test, in which case, you should not be even mentioning it here, but with the beta team.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @Bray34   The PAT study is being conducted by Fitbit Labs.  When I was involved in the Fitbit Heart Study, there was contact information in the study documentation.  You should look there for help syncing with the study.  Fitbit Support can't help you, either.  They can only help with released features.

 

@JohnnyRow   This study is not part of Fitbit Field Testing.  It is not a beta project.  This does not fall under the Field Testing Agreement.

I ended up giving up. I figured if I couldn’t provide them with the data, and they couldn’t get back to me on how to fix it, there was no reason to continue to get frustrated with the battery dying and the syncing not working. It’s unfortunate because I was interested in helping.
