Hi all. I’m looking for a bit of help. When I’m tracking a run using gps the watch shows the pace. Is that the current pace you are running or the average pace for the whole run? I’m fairly new to running so doing the C25K and am still at the intervals stage so just wondering what it is actually telling me. Thanks

After you select the exercise type, scroll down to see more settings. You can choose which stats to display, including Pace or Avg Pace. I assume avg Pace is for whole workout.
