SpO2 appears on Sense not on Health Metrics tile

I downloaded Fitbit’s SpO2 tracker and a SpO2 clock face and checked yes for all permissions. The clock face has worked perfectly showing my SpO2 score everyday. The iPhone app worked the first week then stopped recording SpO2 info saying “no data” even though it is clearly being displayed on the clock face. Yesterday the SpO2 portion of the Health Metric quit working altogether and now shows the two links for downloading a SpO2 clock face and SpO2 tracker app. When I check, both the clock face and tracker app say “installed.” All permissions are green. My Fitbit is up to date as is the Fitbit app and my iPhone.
