My quick view on my Fitbit Sense is not working. I have checked the settings on both my computer and my phone and both are set to use the quick view. I have also rebooted the phone several times and made sure my settings are synced. However, the quick view still is not working. It is annoying to have to push the button or tap twice each time to see the time. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello there @jhl2, thanks for your quick answer!
In this case, I'd recommend doing it through the quick settings menu. From the main clock face, swipe down and you will get a scree that looks like the following:
To make sure is properly set, it should be something like this:

Hello there @jhl2, welcome back to the Community.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing the troubleshooting steps you've taken.
You've covered most of the potential causes. One thing to check is if your Fitbit Sense is in Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb. These modes can prevent Quick View from working while are active.
Just swipe down to access the quick settings menu and make sure that the icon with a moon and the circle with a dash on it are grey out.

seem to turn the switch to off. The only switch I can control is focus
mode. I've tried turning this both on and off which I can do, but all the
other on-off switches are grayed out including sleep mode which does seem
to be on. How can I turn it off? Thanks so much for the quick reply.

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it. What I don't understand is that I get
the settings working the way I want them and then they seem to change by
themselves. Suddenly they're not working. Not only that, but sometimes I
look at the settings on my watch, sometimes on my phone, and sometimes on
the Fitbit website. The settings are not always in sync saying different
things. It's all kind of crazy and hard to manage. I've used fitbits for a
decade but recently the changing settings seem to be a whole new Dynamic
but I haven't been experiencing in the past. I wish it would stop!

Hey @jhl2, thanks a lot for confirming that my suggestions did work for you.
I totally get how frustrating it is when things do not work as expected. It sounds like a weird glitch or bug. You can always try restarting your Fitbit Sense.
I can also suggest that you take a look at this page, which will help you get the most out of your Fitbit Sense.
