RHR not accurate

The resting heart rate on my sense was accurate for a few months. It changed every day and I would periodically verify the results. A few days ago the RHR jumped higher to 76 and remains there.  As I type this, my heart rate is 66, but my Sense shows my RHR as 76. Something is wrong with the RHR operation. How do I reboot or fix this app? I restarted my Sense several times and have read that there is no way to restart the heart rate app.

You say it jumped to 76.  Form what; how big a jump?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
