Occasionally my clock stops which I believe is due to loosing sync with my phone. It does corrects itself when I open up the app. How do I stop this from happening? I use my fitbit for my alarm in the morning and I'm afraid it's going to quit syncing thru the night and my alarm doesn't go off.

Hi @TeresaLynnG - a clock stopping may be a problem with the watch face you are using. Try changing to another clock face and restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and then sync with the app.

If your watch loses time when not syncing [as opposed to stopping] it could be faulty.

If you are worried about whether the watch is syncing properly use the free SimpleCheckUp app to see the state directly on the watch.
