i noticed mine is having more and more a hard time syncing up. android 7.1 cell phone. i shut down the app i just exist out and make sure it not running in the back ground of my phone i hold the button on my watch for about 6-12 seconds and it forces the watch to restart after it restarts i open my app back up and try to sync it this usually works out. 

Side note: a lot of folks believe when you sync a the watch it supposed to stay synced this is untrue it synced by Bluetooth this gives you about 8 to 15 feet you can be synced from the main device one you step past that you will need to resync I just throwing this info out here because seem like a lot of folks don't relies this.

This thread is not about syncing of the tracker but about pairing the Sense Controls. 

 

I'm not sure what you mean by stay syncing. The tracker should sync, then disconnect. Then with the next request to sync, connect - sync - disconnect.

well originally I believe this thread was about something else or some how my message got thrown into this thread as I was responding to an individual about his complaint of the watch not syncing up. As far as i can tell this thread has all it people removed and it just a conversation between the two of us. Fell free to delete the intirrity of this. Ohh and yes speaking of the syncing you was referring to I was throwing out there that a lot of folks seem confused by what syncing actually does and how it works  so i was trying to explain that but ehh seems mut now.
