Hello,
I have tried resetting, resyncing, correcting settings, nothing is on so not disturb.. my sense just will not vibrate. Is it possible there is a flaw or is there something I have not tried? It’s frustrating because my previous two fitbits alerted me and now I am constantly ignoring texts. It’s been this way for a month and I have read the forums, cannot figure this out!! Thanks in advance for any help.

Have gone through the settings on the phone?
maybe that is causing an issue. What phone do you have? Make sure always vibrate is on.
Just to confirm you grayed out (disabled)
sleep setting and Do not disturb setting?

Also check to make sure your vibration motor is working:
You can do this by going to the settings on your watch, vibration and audio, tap back and forth between light and strong. If it vibrates it is not the motor and you can continue to check settings on your phone, watch, app, etc
