My readiness score is almost always Excellent, asking me to get over 169 active minutes daily. I do intense Peloton rides for 45 - 60 minutes and my Fitbit considers this Light activity. The other day I had over 200 active minutes and it termed this Light activity. I am over 70 and very active. How should I interpret my readiness scores?
Best AnswerI usually don't pay much attention to mine. I was sick with a cold last week and it said that my body was 100% ready for intense exercise...sorry, not happening!
I'd take it with a grain of salt, but for what it's worth, the exercise intensity is based on your heart rate as measured by the Fitbit.
