Since the Sept update, my readiness scores are much lower. I have not changed anything except the software update. Is the algorithm different?

Depends if you had Fitbit Premium, yes they switched the algorithm, used to include your activity as well. Otherwise if you started with the Free version, I have not seen any reports of any algorithm changes.

Yes, I had premium. So the fitness score will now be included with the free version? Another reason to cancel premium I guess.

@Washburn100 Maybe, maybe not. The original readiness score gave you an active zone minute target. Fitbit changed this with the update. The update will give you at least six different workouts in the Coach section, depending on your score that day and other information you provide about yourself in the coach section. You give your goals, interests, and even what equipment you own or have access to.
