Hi, Has a red circle appeared on the sense whilst running?. For anyone..  I’ve been using the run exercise app a few times, and twice I’ve seen a red circle on the watch screen. I’ve pushed side button and it’s asked me either to end exercise or resume. I thought at first I was mad!. Happened again today (almost looks like the relax breathing app circle, but red!). Any help would be great. I’m not sure if the exercise app is stopped, so I’m missing time etc...

I saw that a number of times. I think it appears after the "goal celebration" animation showing on the display during an activity. I solved it by setting calories as my primary goal and setting the goal amount to an unattainable amount (I don't track calories). Haven't had the issue since.

Are goals automatically set, if you don’t set one?.
