I am curious why my $50 fitbit inspire would buzz to tell me when to walk and buzz again when I reached 300 or 3000 steps, but my $300 Sense 5 cannot. I like the watch but will be returning if not resolved.

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
I never had an Inspire but my Sense does notify me of I reach my daily steps goal. Are you saying the Inspire can notify you at 300, 3000, and 10000 steps? It doesn't sound like something to be resolved but just a difference in what notifications are offered.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ebdb.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.
Your Sense should remind you when is time to walk and congratulate you when you reached your goals. Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted when the Do Not Disturb (DND) setting is on. Please make sure this setting as well as Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article.
If you continue having the same issue, please make sure reminders to move are turned on. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device?".
In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
I moved your post to a different thread since it is related to a different topic.
Thanks for your comments, @eezeepee.
Hope this helps.
