Replaced Sense 2 with a new Sense 2 and now no SpO2 clock face

My Sense 2 was shorted out in a power surge and so I purchased a new one. Now I can't use download the SpO2 clockface because it is not compatible with my device. It was what I used on my old Sense 2. What has changed?

Hi @bcasey65 - 2 things,

if your watch is not at the latest level, because the setup did not complete correctly, it won't have access to certain more recent things, notably SpO2 clock faces.

However, if it is a Sense and not a Versa 2 [because there is no Sense 2], when you are at the latest level it will have an SpO2 tracker app that will do the job the face does, which means you can use any watch face.

See the current version What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

To verify this is the problem, you can find the actual version on your watch in Settings , About Sense, System info, or for Versa 2, Settings, About.
