Hi

My new Sense arrived today, initially, I was excited, but then the disappointment sets in😕

Not able to download any music

No AM or PM, 12hr clock just adds a "0" in front so you get 05:23 at 5:23pm

Lack of buttons is very fiddly

I'll give it a few days, but it may be going back

Yes because of the Deezer deal, unfortunately you can't load your own offline music.

There are AM/PM clocks. You just need to search for them.

Personally, I like the 0 in front for the square clocks as it allows to maximize the space.

The button is actually very responsive. Rather than thinking of it as a touch sensitive button (which it isn't because tapping it doesn nothing) squeeze it as if it's an actual button. I use it all the time just fine for single press to turn off/on or go back, double press for the 4 apps shortcut, and long press for Google Assistant. If anything, I like it better than my Fossil Gen 5 Carlyle with the physical buttons which did get pressed by accident during things like push-ups. That being said, there are some people who still press the button by accident so it does depend on your arm/wrist.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - you can change the clock format to 12hr by logging into your web settings here

and remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync.

Occasionally there may be a clock face that might not perform correctly, it's not a watch problem

The button is different but works with a squeeze between first finger and thumb, so the fleshy part reaches underneath the watch to make contact with the button.

It's best to practice just turning on/off the screen to get the hang of it so it comes naturally.
