Get logged into same Fitbit account, then 'Add a Device'.  It might say you already have one attached - are you replacing it?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I meant the setup procedure will ask you if you are replacing the one already attached, which you are.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
