My sense started having a lot of problems leading to returning it for new. I was told to give them 5 business days after they received at warehouse. I could only track to their agent not to warehouse so who really kniws It took almost a month, which included 6 business days from warehouse notification. Anyway, I just got notified they are finally shipping my replacement but in a different color. Anyone else dealt with this? This is so frustrating as my band (that they tell us not to send) matches graphite I had. But worse than that the color they are sending is not one I would ever pick.

Hi @Chrisr17 you'll need to get with support once it arrives and let them know. From what I've read on these forums, they try to send the same color, but it all depends on what is in stock in their warehouse when it's time to send you that replacement.
