I have a Fitbit Sense and can't access the password or email for the Fitbit, is there a way to reset using the buttons on the side the device? Like a hard reset?

Hi @owensgroup isn't this the same thing you asked in August?  click to see that post.  Here is the link to the information on passwords - click to view. Any chance the original owner remembers the password? It would make it easier for you. Have you been able to get the Sense set up to your own account and were you able to get the password from the previous owner?
