Sense wristband latch

Any advice for when the Sense latch gets stuck in the release position but won’t release the band?  I’ve tried pushing it back down and up again but it doesn’t seem to want to release the band.  TIA

Hi, @JenHej, welcome to the community, try washing it in warm soapy water, it could have just been caused by a bit of grit getting in the cavity. Let us know how you get on.
