Hi

Is the issue on fitbit.com dashboard or the fitbit app on the phone? (iOS or Android)?

Thank You

The app on my iPhone.

If not already tried:

  • Logout from the Fitbit App by tapping your profile picture in the upper left corner;
  • Swipe down, tap "log out";
  • Make sure having the latest fitbit app version installed (app up to date in app store);
  • Optionally restart your iPhone;
  • Login to the app once more;

When login it syncs the app with your fitbit account, so all data should be in sync.

Hope it helps

@Tibbey  As you have an iPhone you need to uninstall the Fitbit App and reinstall it, also redo the Notifications setup again.

@Tibbey   I'm sorry, but the solutions offered will not help.  There is a bug in the iOS app.  Fitbit is aware and is working on a fix.

Thank you. I had done all the things suggested a few days ago and realised they were not going to work

I have the same problem. Any news on when a fix is likely?

Best Answer
No. I keep receiving mixed messages from fitbit. They are now saying it is an IOS issue.
