Returned My Sense watch

Hello, I had to return my Sense watch because it malfunctioned. I printed out the return label and sent it through USPS. All I get for tracking information is that it was picked up by shipping agent. I would like to talk with someone to see if they received my watch (sent almost 2 weeks ago) and when I can expect to receive my new watch. Can someone help?  Thank You
