For my last +-10 runs, my fitbit is showing incorrect stats:
- My pace shown is too slow: comparing with my running buddies there is a BIG difference of about 30-40 seconds per km
- The map shown in the app is incomplete - usually misses either the first or last part of the run. However the total #kms registered is correct
As a result, all my other stats are ofcourse off as well, very annoying as this is the main purpose of my watch. Can someone please help?

The distance doesn't depend on the GPS so even if your GPS disconnects it will still be more or less correct. If your main purpose is running then you picked wrong watch (or even brand). Fitbit isn't a runner's watch and running features it comes with are bare minimum enough to have some running history without diving deeper into it.

Thanks for your answer t.parker. So there's no known way to improve the accuracy of the pace, and to fix the map issue? Because even though Fitbit is not great for running, I would think these are issues that can be solved?

Not much that you can do. GPS will lose connection when you lose open sky (tunnels, underpasses) but sometimes it just loses connection when there is clear sky. The accuracy of pace is something I never verified (I run with power foot pod) but I can see that comparing to foot pod Sense lacks consistency of readings. Useless for training. It is what it is. Sport isn't main focus of Fitbit.
