Hi, @wbogie12 , welcome to the community, Allowing you are using Fitbit bands (not from a third party) you may find this video from 17.07 to 17.28 useful. If the latches on your device are not functioning properly wash it with warm soapy water to remove any grit or debris that may be fouling the latch. Give the band a gentle tug to make sure it's engaged. I've been swimming with my "Sense" for 18 months without any issues with the band
