SPO2 Clckfaces

Since I had some trouble with my sense, heart rate, step counter not working, I did a complete reset, installed, and paired new. After a software update, the sense starts up with the default clock face. Everything seems working fine, till I tried to install the SpO2 Waveform clock face, it does not show heart beat and steps. Same on SpO2 Active. Switching back to standard, works fine.

I used SpO2 Waveform as my main clock face since almost two years, just get in trouble on 7th of Sep. '23 during a shower. Now I doubt the watch was not working properly but just the clock face instead.

Can someone check the software please?

Cheers

Hi @IPmann - make sure the appropriate permissions are granted for the clock faces in question. In the Fitbit App click profile photo, Sense photo Gallery tile.

It has every permission. It pops up at the beginning of the installation, I always select All. Waveform Clock face without SpO2 working just as it should.

Edit: Now after third or fourth try, it works, for both I mention earlier.

Thanks, it is solved.

Edit: No it is not solved, HR stop after a while.
