UPDATE: It’s now working, looks good. Just switched back to this clock face to record nightly O2 saturation.

The SPO2 clock face on the new FitBit Sense does not display the colored arcs that circle each metric.

I restarted my Sense and reinstalled the clock face and the full arcs are showing now.

I am seeing the same thing. The arcs were full on my Versa 2 on Friday. I wasn't sure if it was something to do with my Sense or that the clock face was updated. However, it looks like the clock face was last updated on Sep. 11. I uninstalled it to see if a reinstall would fix it, but it's having trouble reinstalling. The Fitbit symbol will flash on my screen for a few seconds and then go back to my previous clock face. If it starts working eventually, I'll let you know.

After reinstall all previous data will be erased and there is neither graph nor digit display to check if the app is now working.

You are asked again to sleep to update.

This sucks big time!

It’s good that you have it working now. The fact is, though, that you shouldn’t have to restart it to make things work. The universal panacea for all Fitbit problems is reboot the device and reboot your phone. You shouldn’t have to: these are bugs that need to be fixed. A reboot is not a fix, it’s a work-around.

I usually just restart the device, no need to reinstall the clock face.

Very annoying, though.
