SPO2 levels not showing since firmware update

I deliberately held off updating until I was sure that there were no major problems.  However since updating I have had issues with SPO2 readings.

 

after first night nothing recorded on app and watch said ‘problem with SPO2 recording’

 

last night it shows a reading on watch, but nothing on app again

Sounds like you’re making progress each night.😉

Make sure the sensors are clean and restart watch and phone if not done so already. 

Let’s see what next night brings.

 

I updated mine just about a week ago and have not had issues with the feature. 

 

I had a little issue like this on the onset of buying my watch. Resolved itself over a few days. 
I understand your frustration.

Don't water your time. The spo2 has been stuffed for many months. Mine has always run about 2 to 3 days behind for ever.  At first I asked for help but the best it ever got was 3 days behind. It's totally useless despite the watch itself displaying current data. Very disappointed.
