SPO2 showing no data on sense but data is in graph and not syncing to fitbit app

Shows SP02 in graph so must have been recorded.  Have turned phone off.  Reinstalled app but nothing fixing the issue - has been the same for 3 days.  

Also why don't health metrics appear in Fitbit account dashboard - unless they do and I haven't found it - can only find how to delete the data

Hi, @CazzP, welcome, you seem to have two issues that need addressing. SPO2 can be present on your watch face if you are using an appropriate clock face. Try SpO2 WaveForm for instance.

You mention Health Metrics and the dashboard, do you mean the app or the online dashboard?

In the app, today screen, touch the "Edit" tile in the top right corner and add and delete the data you want to see.

In the online dashboard, you can add data tiles by clicking the icon in the left top corner of the today screen. Once the data tile is present you can click the individual tiles to access the details behind the tile display.
