My sense is amazing except for the fact the SPO2 is rarely recording over night....I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but that only works once and a while and is extremely inconvenient! Any suggestions???
Hi @Jennifoodie.
Is it recording all other metrics throughout the night, as in heart rate, sleep EOV (if you have premium), and also are you getting the full detailed sleep tracking with sleep stages?
You could try wearing your Sense a bit tighter during the night if it's quite lose. The Sensor needs to make good contact with the skin, especially to get an spO2 reading.

How long have you had your Sense? If it's new to you, the first 3 nights or so don't have data. Skin temperature also took a few days before readings came through.

Good Luck
I had to uninstall the app and reinstall to get my phone to recognize the app. This seems to have fixed the issue for now.
