Screen is completely black put it on charger to charge now it wont turn back on. Won't turn on screen or reset. I've tried multiple times holding the side but I never see the fitbit logo. Connection ports on back are clean. No clue what to do

Hi @jenniferblisset  -  in all probability you have a charging problem which often is a cleaning or charger fault issue and the battery is not charged - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
