The screen on my Sense is not going to sleep (turning black).
The clock is staying bright, but the rest of the graphics are faded and striped (like every other line of the graphic is missing).
I’ve restarted a few times, synced with my app, etc.; but no change.
Also, because it is not going completely dark, the battery is draining significantly quicker 😕

Hello @Cnoel32 and welcome to the Community. It sounds like your Always On display setting got inadvertently turned on. Swipe to the right on your Sense. If the bottom left icon (that looks like a watch) is lit up, tap on it to turn this feature off.
The Screen is very sensitive to touch. It's very easy to change one of these settings without realizind it.
