I actually am really sad.
My sense's screen is scratched and I've only been wearing it for a couple of months.
I've had a fitbit charge 3 for many years and did not have this problem.
Is there a warranty on it? Also I cannot find a customer service anywhere! How is that possible?

Hi @AndreaKhoury1 the warranty information is here - click to read. The scratches are considered to be normal wear and tear, so they aren't something the warranty covers. Customer support links are on the "Help" section on every page of the forums. It gives you a list of what support is available for your country at the time you are online. Support hours vary by country and also agents aren't always there for chat or phone.
