Screen Stuck on the Fitbit logo

I have tried to restart my Fitbit several times and it will not move from the fitbit logo. The battery finally died and I hoped it would actually restart itself with the charge, but no luck. I also do not have the ability to turn it off because I do not have access to the settings area. Please help!

I had the same problem, It's basically dead. Contact support, I was sent a replacement for free
