Screen activation

Since I changed my Ionic to a Sense I noticed my Sense's screen is not activated when I turn my arm up to watch my hearth rate. Pressing the left button is also not always working. My Ionic was more sensitive to my wishes. Anyone have a solution for me?

FWIW, Screen activation is 'On'.

Hi, @Macamba, welcome, may I suggest you review your "Sense" settings? From the clock face swipe left and touch settings>display>brightness>screen wake>motion & button. Return to settings>swipe up to quiet modes>check Do not disturb & sleep mode are off and schedule mode is not engaged. Return to the clock screen by squeezing the side button.

Thanks @Gr4ndp4, for taking the time to answer me. But alas, it did not help me. Both 'Screen wake' in the 'Quick Settings' and in the 'Settings' are turned on. Could the part that registers the turn of my wrist be broken?

Hi, @Macamba, I'm not sure what else to suggest apart from going through the settings again and toggling each one in turn. Try toggling the brightness setting to "max".  If this still leaves you stuck then talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone. If it is a software problem on your device it would be unusual.
