the screen popped off of the watch, I was doing nothing. It just popped up like a spring. I tried to click on the chat option in contact us and nothing happens. Then I tried calling the number. Which I was on hold for 15mins, and it hung up on me. Not cool. This product hasn’t heaven been on the market a year, and already having these issues?

Just to confirm, did you use this link to open a chat session? Did you receive an error message? If you were using a mobile device, could you try using a computer to get in touch with our team via chat one more time? If you're located in US, you can try calling them at (877) 623-4997 to receive further assistance about this situation. They're available from Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 9:00 PM PT.
If by any chance the issue persists with both contact channels, please let me know so I can investigate on my end and help you out.

Thank you so much. I was dreading the process after reading horror story comments about it all. I was so pleasantly surprised by it all. Quick response from kind representatives, easy instructions, and my replacement watch is already on its way with a tracking number. Thank you all 🙂
