Sense won't turn on

I cannot get my sense to turn on. It's worked fine since November and it is about 85% charged.  I checked the weather and an hour later went to set the alarm for the next morning and nothing.  Nothing happens when I put it on either charger.  No vibration to even know whether it's on or off so I assume it's off completely.   Please help.

Fitbit is replacing mine as well...................which begs the question, will the new one be any better? I doubt it, seems like a flawed package all around!
