Screen dimming and changing colour. Notifications have stopped working

Guys I really don’t know what to do I noticed today that my notifications had stopped working so when I finally sat down this evening I have gone into the Fitbit app to see if anything is wrong and then my screen started to dim there is something wrong with it for sure. Hoping I can get help with this

Let me help you with your Fitbit Sense screen dimming and not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? This sounds off but I suggest you try refreshing the link between your phone and your Sense by doing the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The restart should also help with the screen issue.
