Screen frozen, time not changing

I purchased the Ionic when it first came out and had nothing but trouble with it. Only wore it for about a month before I gave up.

Now I'm on the Sense it's day one and it's feeling very familiar.

The screen just froze and stayed on the same time for about 20minutes. I had to restart, but for about 30 seconds the time stayed the same.

Day one!!

Not looking good.

Hi @PaulW44, I'm sorry to see that you're still having trouble with the screen of your Fitbit Sense that is frozen. Thank you for your feedback and for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure.
