I have just bought the sense and however I am in the UK, the ECG app is not available in my Fitbit Discover. 

How can I update my app? I bought my phone in Hungary but use here in the UK.

You can't. It would seem it is not yet available in your country.

If your profile location is the UK, then it should be available.
