Screen is black won’t charge or reset

Hi My sense is unresponsive to charging won’t vibrate to restart . Not even 1 year old?  Just had a black screen and no sign of life. I’ve tried the 8 seconds and 15 second restart by holding down side button? Any advice???

I have had happen to (I did have a backup watch), I just left it be and checked a few days later and saw it was only at 2% battery. Then, I put on the charger and has been working 'fine' since then..

Why are so many issues with this device? I have been to other competitor forums to see what kind of problems are posted but nothing like here!
