Screen is black

I have only had my Sense a couple of months. I tried to charge it and the screen went black. I can't feel a button at the side to reboot it. Before it died it showed an update available message. I have charged it for 3 hours and screen is still black. Not had this with any of my previous fitbits

Connect your Sense to the charger -  try to hold the button for at least 10 seconds and the Fitbit Logo should appear.

Hi @SG47 - it sounds like it is not charging, quite a common issue, see this link for cleaning and diagnosing instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
