Screen wake option on Sense not working

I have to tap the face repeatedly and hard to get it to appear. What happened to the wrist turn to read the time like any watch or my charge 2 which worked great. Dissatisfied with sense at this time!

Hello @johngunther and welcome to the Help forum.  The touch screen is very sensitive and you might have disabled the Screen Wake by mistake.  Swipe to the right to get to the Quick Settings.  The icon that looks like a watch should be bright blue.  Another reason can be that your Sense is in Sleep Mode (something not available on your Charge 2).  That is the moon icon on the Settings.  It should be off.  I hope this helps.

If screen doesn't come on with wrist turn, it could be 'Screen Wake' not set to Automatic; if that is not it, could be in 'Sleep Mode' which also prevent screen coming on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
