I'm adding my voice that my Sense touch screen quit working 2 days ago. I've tried 10+ hard restarts. Still completely stuck one screen. The step counter is still working, so the device is still working. I just have no control over it.
Any extra secret reset methods? Also, how easy is a warranty replacement?

Hi, @Flyprdu , welcome to the community, you say you are stuck on one screen, can you please say what it shows? Can you see how much charge is in the battery on your phone app? if so what is it? The restart process is a good starting point to resolve issues, your device needs to be in a connected charging cradle for this to work This video demonstrates the process, do not do a Factory reset. I apologise if you have already seen this.
If the screen is stuck in an exercise mode, try two rapid touches of the side button, this should bring up a "finish" icon, touch this to resume normal service. If you can access the settings on your device make sure "Do Not Disturb" and "Sleep" are not engaged.

The Sense has been determined to be defective.
It is being replaced by fitbit under warranty.
