Sence Firmware update

Just tried to update my sence. All goes well untill the end. After the blue tick appears it returns to the download firmware message. I've tried it with bluetooth and internet download. Any advice please? Thanks

Unfortunately you have to go through the steps with the online "support" (that's what they call themselves). When those troubleshooting steps don't work, if your device is under warranty, they will send you a new device that is also designed for failure. If it's outside of warranty, they will send you a discount coupon to purchase a new device also bound for failure. Basically, you will get an apology and an opportunity to waste more money. Learn from all of us who have been burned: DON'T!
