We have bought six Fitbits in three years and they keep going out. Done

Thanks for sharing with us your experience with Fitbit. There are a lot of different opinions, and it is sad to hear yours wasn't that great. Please take in mind that we are working hard to provide all our users with the best service and products.

Acknowledging there is a massive problem with the Sense is the first step for offering the best service. Address the problem, then offer us solutions. Not a coupon towards the purchase of another Fitbit.

It seems the only course of action FitBit will take is offering apologies. Apologies without action mean nothing. If you are working on a fix, then say it already. Give us a date for an update that will remedy all these bugs. You all are pissing off a lot long time customers. FitBit is continuing to sell defective devices and worse, subscription services that can not be used when the device fails. That's the very definition of a scam. REFUNDS!!!!!
